Hi everyone,

My name is Rachal Jackson, and my fiance and I are trying to move out of our apartment. We currently share 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom together, and are looking for couples or sub leasers/tenants to fill our room. We live in Pacific Beach and are minutes away from Clairemont, La Jolla, Mission Bay, and Mission Valley. The combined rent for our room and bathroom is $1467.50 each month (we pay $733.75 each). We love our apartment, but have to move out due to unexpected family circumstances. Our lease is over in mid July.

Our apartment is connected to another bedroom and bathroom, and we share a living room, patio, and kitchen. We have one roommate who is our best friend and lives in the other bedroom & bathroom. Our apartment is 875 square feet and our complex has a community pool, jacuzzi, barbeques, outdoor patios, and a fitness center. The apartment complex name is called Pacific Bay Club.

The apartment community is great. It is very quiet, secluded, and private. What is really great about this apartment is that it is 10-15 minutes away from all major areas in San Diego. The apartment complex has a very nice pool, jacuzzi, patios, and a fitness center as well.

I am a native San Diegan, currently attend Point Loma Nazarene University, and am getting married to my fiancé next summer in Mammoth Lakes, CA. I love to play tennis, go to the beach, and go on hikes in my free time.
