I am looking for a responsible person to rent a room to. Must be working or student. Males Only. No couples. No Pets. Be clean, courteous, and respectful. There are 2 other persons living here. Room is available for rent now. Condo is in a central location near SDSU, Mission Valley, and Trolley Station. The room is 10x11 sq. feet, unfurnished. It’s a spacious condo with huge living room and patio, kitchen, etc. Your free to use all common areas and kitchen as you please. Just be mindful of late-night noise. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person only. There are other amenities on the premises such as 2 pools, spa, laundry room, BBQ areas, and Club Room.

If you are interested in renting the room, feel free to contact me and we can discuss any questions you may have and set up a time to come by to see the condo. When replying, write a brief description of yourself and what you do. Credit check and application fee will be needed. First months rent of $900 will be paid on the 1st of each month. Security deposit will be $900. Lease will be for 6 months with option to renew. All utilities, electricity, water, and trash is included in the rent. Internet is available through Cox and will be included as well. Paid parking on property is available if interested.

Two other people live at the property. Both Males. One is 26 who works in healthcare and the other is 36 and works in the biotechnology industry.
