Hi there I have a master bedroom for rent in a brand new complex called pacific height apartments in linda vista. It’s 3 minutes above fashion valley. I do have a cat so unfortunately no more pets allowed This cost is with utilities included I am an excellent roommate and I do work a 9-5 so I am looking for someone equally clean respectful. I do have Netflix, hbo, peacock, hulu, showtime, paramount plus. The complex comes with a pool and cozy gym that no one uses.
