Quiet 4-bedroom house in Manor (78653) on a calm residential street. You’d have the entire upstairs bathroom to yourself since I’m only renting one of the three upstairs rooms. Rent is all-in: all utilities, plus 1-gig (or faster) internet, no add-ons. You get full run of the house except my bedroom and office — kitchen, two living areas, and a back patio with a bar. There’s also a real garage gym with AC: four-post squat rack with lat pulldown, bench, 550 lbs of plates, dumbbells 5–100 lbs, hex bar, curl bar, assault bike, pull-up bar. About 22 minutes to UT, with quick SH-130 access south toward Tesla and Del Valle. Manor’s grown a lot lately — new HEB, more restaurants going in. Street parking, plus the right side of the driveway.

It’s just me, and I run a media business from home, so the house stays quiet and low-key during the day. I keep to my own space and I’m looking for someone who does the same — this is an ideal setup for a professional who’s out at work, travels for work, or just values a calm place to land. Easy to get along with, respectful of space, not looking for a party house. I also have a dog: an 8-year-old Jack Russell/terrier mix who’s trained, friendly, and doesn’t bark.
