Kirk's room

This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house. Your bedroom will be upstairs. Master bedroom is downstairs. It’s a nice size place with open floorplan. Great patio bar outside. Full bath upstairs which is just for the roommate.

I live alone with a 6 year old jack-russell terrier mix. She doesn’t bark. Very sweet dog. I am in fundraising and head a large social club in Austin. We are mostly academics or in tech. Lots of UT professors and grad students. We will have dinners, symposiums and other gatherings at my house.
