New home. Just passed final inspection. 1100sqft of living area, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Very nice area, all neighbors are friendly. 1 mile from the city of Selah, 5 miles from Yakima.

I’m a single 32 year old male. I’m the owner and builder of this house. I don’t have any roommates yet. I’m a general contractor and work most of the day. I keep to myself for the most part. I have lived with roommates before and I believe that when people are mature, respectful, and responsible; living with roommates can be very comfortable.
