Easy interstate access. 2nd floor- only like 8-10 steps. Older 4 unit building but inside is new paint, laminate hardwood floors, w/d in unit. Cozy, clean, organized. I have the kitchen / living / guest bath all fully furnished with little to no room for much of anything else. Can be discussed. 2nd bedroom I use as my office currently but will move desk etc out. It’s small but queen bed & some furniture would fit. Smaller single rack closet. 1 window. Will update with pics this week.

The appartment is laid out a bit unusual with the small patio off of my bedroom but doable short term I think. Feel like someone looking for something temp or only when in town for work/school or something along those lines would be best. $Price will reflect the situation if its fulltime or just part time. My lease is up Nov 2023 then i’ll go month to month. Would be open to moving into a better laid out place w/ a roomy long term if it worked out we wanted to continue to live together.

43 yr old female, no kids: I work remotely 80% of the time and travel to Nashville for 2-3 days every other week. Good work/home life balance. Going back to school to finish my degree so I will be home studying a lot at night once I start. Pretty laid back & open with most things within reason. It can always be discussed. Communication/Honesty/Respect-very important.

Like cooking, movies, music, happy hour 2xs a week, gardening, entertaining friends when they visit, art projects, disc golf, hiking, camping-most outdoor activities. I can be quiet at times and hibernate a bit. I’m new to Chattanooga so don’t have a social network here yet. Not looking for someone who is going to want to have people over every night. ‘Friday’ is my 2nd favorite ‘F’ word:-P Clean, neat, highly organized: can’t handle a slop tart. I have a kitty. Can’t have a full time dog but occasionally I may have a dog in the house when i’m dog sitting. Would consider another spayed/neutered kitty with a refundable pet deposit, as long as there aren’t prexisting litterbox issues and isn’t aggressive to my cat.
