Hello! We are three females (28, 32, 37 y.o.) looking for a roommate for a beautiful and quite large 4bed/4.5 bath house in Novato. The nanny unit is on the first floor (other 3 bedrooms are on the second) with a bedroom, living room, private bathroom and also has a decent sized closet for $1400/month + utilities. Lots of privacy. We prefer females but not against chatting with males. 420 and rainbow friendly. We have a few small well behaved dogs, and two mostly outdoor cats, so someone without animals is preferred. House is right next to parks and water for easy access to nature. 12 month lease. Security deposit equal to rent required. Sorry, no couples. Happy to answer any questions/set up a showing!
