Looking for a female roommate to move into my condo around March 2026. No pets, no smoking. Month to month agreement, ideally looking for someone long term.

• In unit washer and dryer • 1.5 bath shared shower and toilet with separate sinks and vanities • Tile and new vinyl flooring • Electric fireplace • Enclosed patio • Central AC & heat • Gated community • Open parking • Newly remodeled kitchen • Guests are totally fine with a heads up and being respectful of shared spaces.

The room is a standard 12x12 with a window and mirrored sliding closet doors. The home is fully furnished except for the bedroom.

Community amenities include a pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court, with parking available for residents and guests.

Rent is $1300 plus utilities, which average around $100 per month.

First and last month rent plus deposit can be paid on a payment schedule.

About me I’m pretty active and social but also love my downtime. I enjoy the beach, yoga, dancing, wine tasting, crafting, traveling, spending time with friends, volunteering at church, and binge watching Netflix. I like being out and about, but home is very much my calm, recharge space.

Faith is important to me and I value kindness, respect, and good communication at home.

I’m a clean and respectful roommate and keep common areas tidy. I do some light cooking and appreciate a peaceful, low drama home where we both feel comfortable and like the space is truly ours.

I have an 11 year old Pomeranian who is very independent and sleeps most of the day. She mostly keeps to herself, but will absolutely appear if food drops on the kitchen floor 😆

Ideal roommate I’d love to find someone who’s friendly and easygoing, open to building a roommate friendship, but also understands and respects quiet and alone time.

Because of allergies and sensitivities, I keep the home non toxic and mostly scent free. I use clean household and cleaning products and avoid strong fragrances, heavy candles, or essential oils, especially dog toxic ones like tea tree. I still love candles, just the non toxic kind, and would want someone who’s comfortable being mindful of that in shared spaces.
