Unit is on the first floor. Laundry mat is on the second floor and very updated and clean! There is also a bike rack and a standard sized storage unit we can both share. The condo building itself also has an outdoor pool, golfing, tennis courts, playground, and paddle boats/fishing. Parking available. NO pets allowed.
About the roomies
Iām 24 years old and work as a night shift registered nurse so Iām mostly gone during the night 3 days/week and sleep during the day! Iām clean and tidy and treat everyone with respect as long as they do the same with me.
