Unit is on the first floor. Laundry mat is on the second floor and very updated and clean! There is also a bike rack and a standard sized storage unit we can both share. The condo building itself also has an outdoor pool, golfing, tennis courts, playground, and paddle boats/fishing. Parking available. NO pets allowed. I also have the option of another room for $850/month everything included (room is a lot smaller about 12x11 feet) with its own bathroom across the hall!

I am an overnight registered nurse! So I am mostly gone after 5 pm and sleep most of the day. I am clean and tidy and keep to myself but also be down to be friend with you which would be a bonus!
