Our spacious apartments feature 2 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, which are fully furnished with sanitized spaces, including linens and towels. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, which includes an oven with 4 burners on the stove, plates, pots, cups, cutlery, and a coffee machine. We also have a community laundry room available for you to use at your convenience.

We understand that convenience is key, so we have equipped the apartment with modern amenities, including central air conditioning, to ensure a comfortable living experience. Whether you are a working professional or a student, our property is located within close proximity to several medical centers, making it an ideal location for you to commute at your own pace. Parking can be added for an additional fee of $20 per week.

In addition, our property is located within a 5-10 minute drive from great shopping, restaurants, NRG Stadium, the Houston Zoo, several museums, and multiple nightlife options, providing you with endless choices for entertainment.

Our apartments come with 2 dorm-style rooms for $600 per month each, a single bedroom for $900, and a primary bedroom for $950. We offer affordable pricing options to fit your budgeting needs.
