3 bedroom apartment at Solano at Miramar. It is a great complex which is why I need a roommate so I am able to stay. There is a beautiful lake to walk around and a great pool and gym. We are walking distance to Starbucks, WOB, Dunkin, other places to eat. In-unit laundry. Your own room and bathroom w/ walk-in closet. You can use the 3rd room for guests visiting, storage and/or a place for a desk.

It will just be me :) I work early hours and leave between 5-6am. I WFH a few days a week. I go to bed pretty early too. I tend to only use the living room on the weekends. I don’t typically have people over but might have a wine night with the girls every once in awhile. I am a clean freak. I clean the apartment every Sunday so I am looking for someone who is clean as well. I also have a cat. He is shy and is a very sweet cat.
