A 3 bed 2 bath apartment. You would have your own private room and bathroom (master suite). Apartment is walking distance from the University of San Diego. The apartment is only a few years old, and has great amenities including a gym, two pools, hot tubs, a game room, and lounge areas. The living room is furnished, you will only be responsible for furnishing your own room. We have had this unit for awhile now, and one of our roommates is moving out due to finishing her program. Room is available anytime in July(date is flexible).

Room is a large master suite, and photos/facetime/zoom/in-person showings of the apartment and room are available. Just not posting pictures here since roomie is currently still occupying the room.

I will be finishing my masters program in August while working full time, roomie is a SPED teacher, and are very outgoing and responsible. We prefer our roommate to also be a working professional or graduate student between 25-35 years old (we are 25 and 30), and someone who will not only be a roommate but a friend too. We are both very social, enjoy going out, getting boba, checking out places around San Diego, and over all just enjoying a good time. Both of us like to include everyone in everything we do, like movie nights, wine nights (if you drink), chilling at home, or exploring SD together are common ways we enjoy spending free time, but we also enjoy our personal time too. Both of us are cosplayers and attend a few conventions in SoCal so sometimes you’ll see our craft in the living room as a convention comes up, but we make sure to clean up after.

Roomie enjoys Marvel, comics, and also has a cute hypoallergenic small dog who doesn’t shed. I enjoy taking walks around San Diego and still play Pokemon Go lol. I’m a girly-girl and very optimistic, and overall just a very cheery excitable person.

We love making friends and hope to have another roomie bestie in the apartment!~

We would prefer if incoming roomie did not have pets, but we would be willing to consider a small non-shedding dog.
