Octiv Row is a great place to live! The apartment buildings are newly built (2020) and it definitely shows. Included in the 4x4 unit is a private bedroom and bathroom with only the common areas being shared. The bedroom holds a spacious closet and a full size bed accompanied by four stackable drawers. The bathroom is also very spacious and the shower comes with built in shelving as well as nice tiling.

There are two other roommates, one is non binary (female presenting) and is 21 with a major in graphic design. They mainly keep to themselves and are super tidy. They are really into Marvel and shows like Brooklyn 99 and Community. The other is female and also 21. She is also a graphic design major and is super tidy.
