Gorgeous newly constructed home located in Valencia (91381) behind Six Flags. Master planned community with amenities - BBQ, pools, parks etc. Quite, peaceful and extremely clean area overall.
The room size is 11x12 with walk-in closet, unfurnished. Plenty of light throughout the day. You will have your private bathroom with a tube. Extremely clean.
Our home has hard floor downstairs and new carpet upstairs. Washer / dryer in unit and EV charging available in the garage. Otherwise, plenty of parking on the street as well. We will be sharing all other appliances - stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher etc. Lightly furnished downstairs.
About the roomies
My wife and I moved in a month ago We are in our late 20s and early 30s. I work in banking and work from home most of the time and my wife is a financial advisor, also working from home. We are clean and respectful people who focus on careers and family. We have 2 lovely cats. They are extremely friendly and WILL walk up and cuddle with people!
