Furnished room downstairs. You have no closet in the room but storage in the downstairs half bath, and 2 large pantry cabinets in kitchen. Storage space in garage and attic as well. This room includes utiles and maid service. The house is fully stocked with condiments, coffee, dishes, laundry pods ect like it’s a Airbnb. Pool deck and grill ready to use by Mid May at latest.

There are some military personnel, so smoke out the window or outside only. Must respect their weird sleep schedules and be fairly quiet during those hours. The bedrooms are fairly noise proofed. This one is almost completely noise proofed.
