Room Availble around 6/30/2024 Oak Hill Area Escondido. Close to shopping/Grand Avenue/ Great Food !!!! I have a Small room for rent in my manufactured home. It’s quiet for the most part it’s a co-op owned mobile home park off Oak Hill Drive 92027. I am close to Grand Avenue and all major shopping along Valley Parkway in Escondido. You will have off street parking I will share my drive way. I have room for a few items in the living room or in my spare room/office if you wish to expand outside your room as long as it looks nice. I live simple. The room is perfecct if you dont own alot of stuff but we can make it work if need be. Internet and utilities are included in rent unless its summer and we decide to run the AC a lot then I will ask for half of the electric on top of 1050 rent. The room is unfurnished except for a dresser of which I can move if you don’t need to use it. You will have your own bathroom. I do have a washer and dryer in the house. I would like first months and your last months rent up front. This is a month to month rental deal with 30 day notice by either party to terminate the agreement. I am hoping for a long term STABLE renter if possible. I have a small dog that I will need to have you let out to do her thing if your the first one home. She is well trained and obidient and in her senior years very gentle soul. You must love pets !!!! I prefer female roomates but I am open if I think it will work out. Myst be GLBTQ+ friendly. No Trumpers.rent up front.

I am the home owner. I am laid back and easy going. You must be stable and clean and responsible. This is a Month to Month agreement based on a 30 day notice of termination by either party. I dont mind if you drink once i a while or smoke outside but no chronic alcoholics please. I would like to ask for first and last month rent up front. ie.. you dont pay rent upon your 30 day notice of moving. We can talk about if there is a deposit or not after I meet you and we decide its a good fit. My current awsome roomate will be moved out by June 30th 2024.
