Furnished room with shared bathroom with one other person. Separate storage vanities. Bedroom mostly noise proofed. Utilities and Maid service included. Each room is individually temperature controlled. Parking in driveway. Pool, deck and grill usable by Mid May at latest. The house is fully stocked with condiments, coffee, dishes, laundry pods ect like it’s a Airbnb. This is a guest month to month agreement.

Some of the roommates are military so you must smoke out a window. You must respect that they have weird sleep schedules and be fairly quiet during those hours.
