Jianying's room

This is a three bedroom house, right now occupied by two tenants. The landlord is looking for a third tenant to fill the remaining room. Tenants in the neighborhood are typically Stanford students, as the house is within biking distance to Stanford Campus. It is also within walking distance to California Avenue, Palo Alto, where there are Caltrain station and many different restaurants and a supermarket. The house went through a major remodeling in 2019 and the kitchen, the bath, the lighting, and the floors are well maintained.

The two existing tenants are a graduate school student and an engineer in the tech industry.
