The location is convenient, not too far from the Alexandria Campus (NVCC), making it perfect for a student! Additionally, it’s close to DC, Arlington, and Annandale, offering easy access to all these areas. The arrangement is month-to-month, and the room can be furnished if needed. I recently moved into this condo with my two pups. While I adore animals, it’s important to note that my dogs aren’t particularly fond of other pets. Currently, I’m in the process of furnishing the place. I’m a 22-year-old college student pursuing a degree in IT. I enjoy socializing, partying, and having fun with friends, so it would be great to find a roommate who shares similar interests.
