I’m looking for a laid-back, 20-something professional or a couple to move into the large primary bedroom! Big fenced yard, working hot tub, garden beds, great location. Walking distance to a new park/dog park and the Delta/Crater Lake hub.

The move in cost includes a deposit of only $500 ($700 for a couple) and the first months rent. Pets are allowed but must get along with the happy 4yo pup that already lives here :) there’s a $250 pet cleaning fee and that’s it.

I’m also willing to furnish the room with a bed, mattress, and dresser for an small additional monthly fee. If anyone is interested in that.
