About the room

I have a very nice furnished room available for rent at my rental property that I inherited from my father. I do not live at the property. Inside the room is a small refrigerator and ceiling fan. Each bedroom door has a keyed lock. The house is very clean and located in the Northeast Columbia area near I-77. The rent includes utilities, Internet, tv/antenna and washer/dryer use. The lease is month to month with no security deposit. The current tenants are very nice law abiding citizens.

About the roomies

The current tenants are between the ages of 40 and 70. Everyone works except one retired individual. Tenants are responsible for cleaning their room and cleaning the kitchen after use. The Landlord keeps the common areas clean. No pets allowed. The house has a total of four bedrooms rented to individuals. The current tenants are very nice settle individuals. No drugs, parties or inside smoking.
