Two level house with gated backyard and fire pit. You would have the whole downstairs unit to yourself private Living Room, private bedroom that’s pretty damn big and your own bathroom only sharing for laundry, you would also have your own garage parking spot. No cats unless they stay in your area and don’t mess up the carpet, and only small dogs if you have any.
