Big room all updated w newer laminate floors, crown molding, recessed lighting w ceiling fan and central air and heat… Room has three windows w Plenty of natural light or if you want to black out there’s wood blinds w blackout drapes…. Great neighborhood w plenty of parking. House is quite and peaceful just like the neighborhood… Laundry room and WI-FI

The house is set up nice for individual privacy.. The original part of the house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath where a renter and my 26 year old son share…He works 2 jobs and is not home much… I added a 1000 sq feet on the other side of the house w a door separating the two where I stay (53 year old male)… I have my own entrance and exit so I don’t go on that side of the house much and I stay at my girlfriends house sometimes… I keep the house clean and expect anyone to pick up after themselves…
