Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to take over our roommate’s lease starting May 1, 2023 which would extend until the end of the year.

We currently live in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment at Vora Mission Valley. You’ll have your own unfurnished room (12ft x 10ft), bathroom, a furnished living room, in-unit washer/dryer, garage parking (included in the rent) and access to great apartment amenities: gym, common area with billiards, swimming pool/outdoor grills, movie theater and more.

The rent is $1200/month and utilities are typically $80 - $100/month per person.

A little bit about us: Me: I’m a 25 year old working professional and enjoy cooking, hikes, pilates, cleaning and Mario Party! I’m not a big partier, but do enjoy sipping on white wine here and there and checking out unique bars/speakeasies.

My boyfriend: He’s 27 years old and is a product manager for a consumer electronic’s company. He enjoys working out/being active, hikes, dancing, board games, bowling and occasionally creates mixes on SoundCloud!

We’re looking for someone who’s a working professional (preferably our age or older) and is kind, clean, respectful and considerate. I wake up at 5:30am on most days for work so we’d like to keep weekdays quiet after 10pm. Also, no pets or smoking in the apartment.
