Located three miles from Leesburg. South on US hwy 27 in a gated community. There is an 18 hole golf course, two pools,sauna, hot tub on grounds. There is also a restaurant and bar on grounds.
About the roomies
There is myself that owns the house and another guy that rents a room and use of a separate bathroom which will be shared if you interest in renting. We are non smokers and prefer to keep it that way. He is rarely home because he works and attends school. I like to go to the gym and enjoy the outdoors. We are both straight singles and non-smokers and prefer the same.
