Hi! I live in an adorable East Nashville duplex. It has so much charm! Close to Inglewood Lounge and Dose Cafe. 2 bedroom, 1 bath. I’m offering the largest of the two bedrooms for rent. There is also a basement with a washer/dryer and plenty of storage, plus a garage.. Hardwood floors throughout. The main living area is fully furnished, but there is absolutely room for you to add your touch. Very large private backyard. I’m planting a garden this year too!

I’m Casey! I own an inclusive and sustainability focused event coordination business, Juniper Sisters Events. I work mostly from home, but I also travel for weddings. I work part time in the film industry doing costume and set design, as well. I’m very creative and active. I love cooking, music, movies, reading, games, mid-century modern decor, plants, animals, vintage. I’m an enneagram 9, so peace is my #1 goal. I have a cat named Huxley, he’s the sweetest guy around. He is somewhat territorial, so no pets is preferred, but I am open to it. I’m very clean, I eat healthy, not much of a partier, but I do enjoy spending time with my friends and go out pretty often. Weekday bedtime is 10pm.
