I am a female homeowner and the is my house. I live here and I’m looking for a housemate to share the space. This is a house in a quiet established neighborhood in Saline, just fifteen minutes drive to Ann Arbor. The room can come furnished or not. It has wood floors, two windows, ceiling fan, and a closet. Rent includes all utilities, internet, laundry, street parking, shared bathroom, shared use of the ground floor of the house including kitchen, porch room, living room and yard.

I am a 57 year old writer who will be starting grad school at Eastern in the fall. I’m looking for a wonderful housemate to share this beautiful house with me. I’m a night owl, but you don’t need to be. We keep it quiet. I do love to dance around, garden, and have people over now and again. I don’t drink, so it’s not a party house in that sense. The vibe is spiritual and artsy. No need to be overly social, but I think it’s important to have good communication and be able to be relaxed and happy in each other’s presence. My handyman also lives on the premises. He’s been with me about three years, and is very friendly and easy going. I’d love to chat and see if we’re a good fit.
