I am a female homeowner and the is my house. I live here and I’m looking for a housemate to share the space. This is a house in a quiet established neighborhood in Saline, just fifteen minutes drive to Ann Arbor. The room is furnished with a bed, a desk, and dresser. It has wood floors, two windows, ceiling fan, and a closet. Rent includes all utilities, internet, laundry, street parking, shared bathroom, shared use of the ground floor of the house including kitchen, porch room, living room and yard.

The vibe is spiritual, artsy, and professional. People are busy, we are respectful, and give each other space. Periodically, we may have a movie night or a backyard gathering, but mostly we do our own thing. There are three other roommates altogether, but the space is big and it doesn’t feel crowded or loud. This is not a party house, it’s a safe place to work and live.
