North Mariposa Avenue

Hiiii we’re looking for another poc to move in starting May 1st! We’re in East Hollywood and the rent would be $1350 for the third and largest room in the apartment. It’s pretty large, has its own balcony with a view of the downtown la skyline, and and in room bathroom with separate tub and shower, double sinks and has a pretty large closet space. We also have in unit washer and dryer! Another plus is that we’re pretty close to the freeway so the street drive isn’t too long.

This is a two story unit with the 2 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The room for rent would be upstairs. Right now we only have 2 parking spaces for the unit although it will be 3 of us so someone without a car would work best but if it comes down to it we can always look into paying extra for a third spot and then split the price!

We’re kind of on a time crunch so I’ll try to get back to you asap so we can set up a time for all of us to meet in person and maybe stop by.
