Situated in a quiet neighborhood in Bristol on Plainville town line, close to Southington and ESPN (this website lists my street as Plainville but it is in Bristol). The bedroom is furnished with a king bed (all linens too), 2 dressers and 2 nightstands. Own private bathroom. There is an area with a desk and living room space furnished as shown in pics. Approximately 650 sq.ft. all for your use 95% of the time. There is exercise equipment that can also be used. Shared kitchen.

There are 3 cats in the home so you must be cat friendly and probably not allergic. lol. I’m a business professional working full time from home. I’m easy to get along with, very quiet and hope to find someone similar. Only looking for one roommate, no couples.
