All utilities are included, and it is a fully furnished apartment/bedroom. Please only serious applicants. no smokers please. Must go through a screening process through the leasing office with a criminal background check performed. This place comes with an in unit washer/dryer, high speed internet, roof top access to enjoy fireworks shows, gas outdoor grills in the summer for a barbecue and a large communal area. There is video surveillance, 24 hour maintenance, on-site property management, a gym with state of the art equipment and ample parking.
It is near the local colleges for those who may be studying and there is a separate community work from home space, if needed.

I am a PA that works in the community. My roommate is an assistant project manager/mechanical engineer. Due to current situations, I am not going to be primarily at the apartment. I will from time to time stay over and not interfere with your Flow. You will be given your own space but feel free to enjoy the communal area. If you enjoy cooking that’s a plus. I have lots of kitchen equipment. I will definitely give you your own space, and be respectful of your needs. I can give you my current roommates contact information for a reference on me, upon request. This is a temporary month to month situation unless you and my current roommate work something else out. The lease ends in July.
