I have a modern 3-bedroom 2 bath 1400 Sq ft apartment about 10 minutes south of the Mayo Clinic and close to shopping and restaurants. There are also frequent free shuttles available to and from the Mayo Clinic. My current roommate just got married So, I am looking for a roommate to share the apartment. You would have the 15’ 8“ x 10’ 8“ bedroom with the en-suite bathroom. There is a bit of privacy between the bedrooms because the kitchen is situated between them. The 3rd bedroom could act as a guest room/office that we could share. It is a corner apartment and therefore is fairly quiet and has a lot of natural light. The apartment includes a good-sized laundry room and a walk-in kitchen pantry. So, there is a lot of storage. The apartment comes with numerous amenities, including a 24 hr gym, pet washing area, dog park, car washing station, large outdoor BBQ area, fire pits, outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a game room and clubhouse/party room. Plenty of parking here. The apartment is available after May 12th. Your rent would $1000, heat included. I would be the only other roommate. We would be jointly signing the lease with the rental company. This is not a sublet. If you are looking for a June start to the rental, that’s okay. We can likely work it out.

I would be the only other person in the apartment. The 3rd bedroom was being used as an office but will likely now be used as a guest room. I am 26 year old female engineer. I enjoy playing video games, rock climbing, and watching movies. I typically wake up at 7am and go to bed at 11-12pm. I am pretty quiet and easy going.
