I have a room available in my Rockrimmon home near W Rockrimmon Blvd and Anaconda Dr (Google maps location near 38.9269, -104.8383).

Setup for students or young professionals. Just 5 miles to UCCS campus. Within walking distance (10 min) to Ute Valley Park. Additional neighborhood walking trails one block away were put in recently. Grocery, restaurants, library all less than 10 min walking distance.

This could be your place to relax and be calm. Hardwood floors, wood-burning fireplace in family room, eat-in kitchen with skylights and separate dining space, living room with built-in shelves and electric fireplace, two car garage, large fenced backyard, fruit trees, garden shed/playhouse, downstairs rec room. All this in an established, friendly neighborhood! Three bedrooms on the upper level with fourth bedroom on main level next to the half bath. The downstairs rec room can also be used as another bedroom. Two and a half baths total in the house.

Fridge, kitchen appliances, washer, dryer all utilities included. Partially furnished, negotiable. Enjoy the Colorado outdoors on the back patio or fire pit area and gaze at Pike’s Peak from the spacious back yard.

Available May 8th 2022. You would rent a private rooms and have access to the entire house and yard. There would be two other people in the home (3 total rooms rented). Lease term and price are negotiable, but nominally a one-year lease at $900 per month per room which includes your share of the utilities. These terms are also negotiable depending on if you get a dedicated parking spot in the garage, which bedroom you’d get, etc. To apply, first reach out here and if terms look agreeable, we’ll then set up a call and video chat. Dogs negotiable with pet deposit. No cats please. No smokers. Sorry, I cannot allow smoking or any illegal substances in the home or on the property. You will be asked to agree to that as part of the lease. Cannabis friendly but no smoking and you must be of legal age to use it.

This is my home but my youngest daughter, 21, will be taking over the place with her bestie. They are both awesome. Females preferred.
