The house is 2600 sq feet, 2-story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. The available room is approx 10x10 with a walk-in closet and an extra, hidden storage space behind the closet.

The room is furnished (not with the furniture in the photo), but if you have your own furniture, you are welcome to use it. There is a wall-mounted TV if you want to use it. The upstairs bathroom is a shared bathroom but private in that it can be locked from both sides; toilet and bath/shower are separate from lavatories (there are two).

You will have your own full-size refrigerator, access to the kitchen and downstairs half-bath as well as the game room.

We are in a very nice, well-kept, quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from Lake Lewisville. Pets (small dogs or cats) are allowed, but no more than one pet, and the pet must stay in your room except when he/she needs to go out. Rental properties in this area go for $2,400/month and up.

I’m a 54 year old professional (corporate training developer) and my daughter is a 21 year old college student. We are both relatively relaxed, quiet individuals who love movies and video games. We are looking for a roommate who is easy to get along with and would appreciate living in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
