Townhouse off of both Federal and Colfax, right next to the Decatur station, granting easy access to both public transit and highways. 2 stories, 3 bd, 1.5 br townhouse with in unit washer & dryer and a basement, shared dog yard in backyard and patio, plus 2 of denver city parks.

Everyone in the current house is working trans queer young professional, and we are looking to keep it a safe and understanding space, so preferably lgbt+ folx. We’re both pretty quiet at home, so looking for someone who can respect that
