About the room
There’s a brand new washer and dryer inside the unit & a brand new air conditioning system too. No Pets (i love them, but they are high maintenance). I would prefer an older male roommate (30-60 yo)

If I have a roommate I would prefer meat not be cooked in the apartment (mostly red meat is what bothers me most). Fish/white meat is different.
I’ve done vegan, vegetarian and flexaterian with organic chicken and turkey (mostly pescatarian).
Also, a non-smoker, is the other boundary I draw.
