Spacious room located on the side of the house that gets the most sunlight with in home washer and dryer. Located within delivery distance of some of Austin’s best restaurants. Also located 5 minutes or less from most of Austin’s major highways (183, IH-35, Mopac, 290). Living room TV has ALL of the streaming service accounts.

I work Mon-Fri from 7a-3p, except for Tues-Thurs I work late to 11pm. I have an elderly dog and a kitten so I’m cool with additional cats but no dogs please. I’m very partial to keeping a clean home. I don’t like clutter spilling over into the common areas and I don’t like dishes in the sink that haven’t at least been rinsed clean of all food or liquids. Just common communal courtesies really. Other than that I’m pretty laid back and easy going. I recreationally consume cannabis oil in the evenings when i get home from work and watch TV. I also do a lot of cooking as I was a cook/chef in the industry for 15 years.
