As long as this listing is up, it is available. The bedroom listed has wood floors, two large windows, and a closet. There were still things in there from my current roommate when I took pictures but it’s a nice and spacious room with plenty of closet space. Rent is 650/month, not including utilities. Those are internet, gas heat, and electric which we split 3 ways. Landlord takes care of sewer. Trash removal is on us (just have to put it on the curb). Pets are negotiable with the landlord.

The apartment is in a very convenient location and is walking distance from bus stop, gas station, auto shop, grocery store, and many other businesses.

A little about me: I am a nursing student, and I bartend on the weekends. I am active, and am probably binging Netflix if I’m not studying. My roommate works full time and is super down to earth. We’re looking for a roommate who is moderately clean and has stable income. And wouldn’t mind hanging once in a while!
