Suzie's room

We have a room available for 1500+ Utilites (split). It’s the entire first floor: (unfurnished) private bed with French doors, high ceilings, detached private bath, and private patio with private entry, with extra storage closet. There’s an assigned parking space available as well. It’s a gated community. Our house is 4 bedroom 3.5 bath, 2800 sq ft. Washer/dryer in unit. My friend and I use rooms on the 3rd fl. Kitchen/living is on 2nd fl. Room will be available end of March and need someone for long term. Location is in Garden Grove, 92841.

My roommate and I are both in our 30’s. We also have a cat named Shadow. We share the bedrooms on the 3rd floor. We are very clean. 420 friendly but smoking only outside. We are very laidback and keep the house clean. We usually hang out and watch movies on weekends and will have friends over for drinks every now and then. Pizza night on Saturday nights!
