Room in Point Loma Heights in a 2bed 1bath apartment. (May - End of August only)

Room views east for sunrise (beautiful mornings to wake up to). Includes Queen bed frame, large closet with mirror doors, and next to bathroom.

Apartment is a beautiful space that includes living room space, kitchen plus island, closet storage space. Amazing lighting.

Complex includes parking, gym, pool, hot tub, grills, bike station, and lounge area.

Within 5 minutes of everything you need from grocery stores and food places located in midway/sports arena district.

Within 10-15 minutes of Ocean beach (closest), Pacific Beach, Sunset cliffs, and Mission beach.

Rent is $1200 (water and gas add on top of rent) External Bills would be internet and electricity Divided by 3 for the 3 roommates for external bills

You would be taking over my part of the apartment and sharing with 2 other people. (1 guy, 1 girl)

Roommates are well kept and enjoy the space as well. They are both open to meeting someone new for the space. Both work during the week and sometimes weekends.

Only reason I am offering this room is need to amend to some family emergencies at home for the summer and would love to offer the space to someone who can appreciate it.

About me, I am currently a remote worker so I take part working in the space and at cafes nearby, I love to surf, a fan of film photography, and enjoy trying new places in San Diego.
