Matthew's room

My landlord is a coworker (older religious guy). I have a coworker on the floor below mine that is retired male. Lots of parking in the back. The 600 does not include the electric bill the bill ranges 50 to 200 or 250 in the winter months if we use the eletric a lot. We split the electric bill cause that is the heat bill. So 600 + half the electric bill. I have infinity wireless internet. Bathroom is shared. 2nd floor.

I work 10 to 14 hour days. I generally work every day almost. I do see family once a month so there will be times I will not be there for a few days every once in a while.
