About the room

Wide open basement that can be used as a room or what not. Will make the little room downstairs into an actual room eventually. You have your own bathroom down there as well. laundry unit is shared

On Main level we share the common areas like the kitchen. Also have a fenced in backyard.

About the roomies

Iā€™m Pretty quiet for the most part but do occasionally karaoke or have shower singing sessions. I do like to drink occasionally and have friends or family over once in awhile. Other than that I work two jobs during the weekdays/ weekends about 40-65 hrs/week.
