Hi! I need to move. So, I need to find someone to replace me.The Internet and PG&E normally come to $70 per month. The room is nice. There is one bathroom. You get the medicine cabinet, counter, and side cabinet (in bathroom) to yourself. There’s a pool, mail room, and gym. You pay for parking, but it’s not hard to do so. There is a washer and dryer in the unit! The room will be unfurnished when you move in. Everything else is furnished. Thanks! PS sorry my room is so messy in the pictures!

There are two roommates. They are Lulu and David and they are a couple. They are in their mid 20s. They are lovely, but do smoke pot heavily indoors. So, you’ll need to be 420 friendly. Lol! They are Also night owls, so if you prefer quiet in the evenings you may not be compatable with them.
