Get the full use of the unfurnished Master/Primary Bedroom and attached private bathroom. Current tenant is moving out by end of this month and another tenant is moving in starting J U N E to this room, so I am looking for a short-term rental only. Room is unfurnished. There is one other male roommate that has been in the house for over 3 years in one of the other 3 bedrooms and uses the other bathroom in the house. There may be additional roommates moving into the other rooms (all part of the June longer term tenants moving in). You may have one vehicle that doesn’t leak to park in the driveway or guest parking during your rental. My home is in an HOA, so there is no street parking allowed, as it will be towed by HOA. Rent for first month paid in full prior to moving in.
