5 bedroom House with big back yard and front yard. 2 bathrooms 1 indoor patio 1 garage Central A/C and Heater on 24/7
Private room. With closet and attached drawers. Shared bathroom with one more person… (She is Clean) Private entrance Kitchen is Shared with my family. (Please be clean) Or kitchen will be canceled. Shared fridge in the garage with one young lady if needed. Parking will be out on the street. No sleepovers unless you advice before. No parties or super loud music. the room in the picture with patio is $1200. I also have another room going for $950, its rented by a young lady but if no one takes the bigger one with private entrance she will take it.
No drugs at all. Smoke outside - 420 Friendly If you drink be responsible. Serious and responsible.
About my Family. We are a family of 5, 3 Kids :) our house is divided by swing doors. Kids will not have access to your hallway. if you have any questions please feel free to message me. You will have no access to our private space. Be respectful
About the roomies
She is respectful and almost never home. She works and goes to school. Normally, she is never home on the weekends.
Our family, we are respectful and care for others. We are always busy and on the go. We own a ranch and have our own business. We have goals to accomplish. We do drink once in a while and 420 just not in the house. My kids are really respectful and they will never intervene your privacy
