About the room
3 bedroom townhouse with 2.5 bath located in Carrollton. Friendly, clean, safe neighborhood. Room for car in garage. Currently landlord only allows cats, but may be open to smaller, medium sized dogs. Available room has detached private bathroom. The townhouse has tons of space and mini bar I’ve set up. Appliances are very new and up to date. Third bedroom is currently unoccupied and plan to keep it that way. No smokers.
