I am looking for a female roommate to lease the master suite of my two bedroom/two bathroom apartment with large walk-in closet located in Richardson, TX! Close proximity to interstates 635 and 75, UT Dallas, and Richland college. Plus only a short 15 minutes from downtown Dallas! I do have a twin size daybed available for the room unless you would like to bring your own. Apartment rent includes cable and internet, electricity would be paid separately each month. Full-size laundry room inside with unlimited access to washer/dryer and kitchen is well-equipped for your use. Apartment complex offers plenty of amenities including two pools, a fitness center, BBQ grill, and more! Pets are negotiable, since I do have a dog living here with me (he is well-trained and a sweetheart!).
