The room is located in Sundance Community in Estrella(gated community near community center) It is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Single family home 2 story. (one shared full bath w/ shower. One bathroom downstairs (available for all tenants to use) One master bathroom (in Landlords room) not for tenant use. Full use of common areas Kitchen,dinning, living room Laundry room acess with a structured schedule of use time. Internet available for 15.00 a month, backyard open for personal use when available. Front porch use open for visitors. There is a community pool that can be utilized with a collateral hold for key check-out upon use. Residents will need to get a P.O.Box no mail is to be received during occupancy. (Negotiable for work or car insurance purposes.) Parking in visitor parking only. No access to garage.

There is currently one tenant already residing. Male, former military, works full time no children in the room with him. He is friendly, neat ,clean he follows the rules if the home as expected and pays his rent ontime. Tenant is not currently on a lease. (which is now mandatory for new residents after March 31,2023. Tenant is a 54 year old African American male. Respectful, Organized, and Mindful of House Rules and Expectations.
