Perfect room for student. It is about ten minutes from UMBC, there is a UMBC bus stop right in front the apartment. Small room but can fit quite a lot as you can see in the pictures. Bedroom will not be furnished as I’m taking my things

Rent is 450 a month (really good price!) but we are asking 550 for the first month ONLY to cover leasing fees. Security deposit is 600. Bills are no more than 80$ per person. Laundry and dryer included. Available to move in July 30, first months rent and deposit expected by then.

Current roommates are all females in their early 20s. Looking for someone 21 or older. We all respect each others space and do our own thing. Looking for someone who will do the same. Respectful and mature. Proof of income will be required. Kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared spaces. Living room needs to be furnished but current roommates are actively working on that.
