The space is a 2bed/1ba duplex (The left fence in the top left pic is our yard and space, the right fence is the neighbors). You can walk to all the beach restaurants, firepits, volleyball nets, salsa dancing in the summers, access the Alki trail for exercise, or watch the incredible sunsets from one of the most popular locations in Seattle to do so.

The house is 1 mile from the Admiral Junction (grocery stores, shops, cafes, banks, gas, etc.). 2 miles from the Alaska Junction (the heart of West Seattle). 3 miles from popular Lincoln Park and its Summer Olympic sized swimming pool. There are multiple bus routes walking distance from the house. The water taxi and free shuttle are also right out the door and allows bikes on, too. Bike commute from home to downtown is 7-10+ miles.

There are nice IN UNIT washer/dryer. 1 parking spot to be rotated each week. Otherwise street parking. There is some room for storage. There is a small fenced in front yard and small deck for grilling. Kitchen is up to date. Hardwood floors throughout, except downstairs bedroom (carpet). The main level, bathroom and deck are completely furnished. You will need to furnish your own bedroom.

Pros: You will have a private bedroom downstairs.

Cons: Shared bathroom on the main/upper level.

Pets: I have 1 awesome hypoallergenic cat.

Rent: This place is 900sqft and the landlord is amazing. Rent is $975/mo (your portion). Utilities is ~$75/mo each. Internet is ~$26 each.

Looking for a roommate mid-late 20-40’s with similar interests. No other pets allowed (per landlord), no drugs, alcohol addictions, smoking, or pot (ok if outside). 1 year lease (name to be added to lease).

Hi! Pam and Taylor here. We’ve been living here for 5+ years now and love it. The landlord is awesome too. Pam is a 37 year old Physical Therapist and Taylor is a 32 year old manager at REI. We have 1 hypoallergenic cat, Roo. Our schedules are all over the place so we are often in and out of the house. Can provide previous roommate references if you’d like :)

Pam loves crabbing, hiking, climbing, camping, backpacking, mountaineering, traveling and playing games. Taylor loves coaching volleyball, hiking, biking, occasional trips and meaningful conversations.
